DARA CABLAGGI SRL processes your personal data only for the purpose of carrying out its business; in particular, the data is used to meet tax, accounting and administrative obligations. We do not process data concerning your health and criminal records.
Your data will be processed:

The data will be stored in current select access archives (paper documents) and on computer databases (digital data).
The personal data will be held in accordance with tax laws and regulations and the provisions of the Italian Civil Code (10 years).
The personal data will not be processed based on automated decision-making processes, including profiling, as defined under article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4 of the European Regulation.
You are obliged to provide the data requested; it is necessary to fulfil contractual, accounting, and tax-related obligations in relation to the above-mentioned purposes.
However, the Controller informs that your refusal to provide the requested personal data may result in a lack of correspondence between the results of the processing and the obligations imposed by tax and administrative regulations.
If we receive no communication from you regarding variations, we will interpret this action as an implied consent.
Your personal data will be disclosed to:
- Credit Institutions, to fulfil specific administrative-accounting obligations;
- - Accountant/tax advisor, to fulfil tax-related obligations;
- public entities, such as, for example: Revenue Agency.
Your personal data will not be subject to dissemination.
The personal data will be held in accordance with tax laws and regulations and the provisions of the Italian Civil Code (10 years).
You may exercise, at any time, your right to:
access, rectify or erase your personal data, or restrict or object to its processing, as well as your right to data portability, in other words, the possibility to transfer the data to another Controller;
withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy, the “Garante”);

A Data Protection Officer (DPO) has not been identified given that the Controller does not process data falling under the categories defined by article 37 of European Regulation 2016/679.
